Kids First Summer Bowling Camp
Wow it's Fun!! This new instructional
4 Day Camp will challenge beginners to advanced bowlers ages 6-14.
Experienced coaches will focus on teaching bowling safety, fundamentals
and skills; including techniques on throwing strikes/spares, bowling
management, body balance, follow through, spin, ball location, lane
symbols, various speeds, scoring, practice tips, and sportsmanship.

Kids First Cheerleading Fundamentals
Be a Cheerleader!! If your child dreams of

instructors will focus on the sport by teaching cheerleading safety,

4 Day Camp offers an ideal introduction to football. Beginners to
advanced players ages 6-14 will be challenged. Coaches will focus
on teaching football safety, fundamentals and skills; including
techniques per position, purpose factors, body balance, splits,
first step directional movements, blocking, tackling, football awareness
and sportsmanship, concluding with a flag football game. Further,
professional speed instructors will teach players a series of speed
techniques and drills. Further, players will gain a greater understanding
of health, fitness, and nutrition, for developing a stronger body,
giving a player a competitive edge.

Mission: To combine a child's
passion of sports with health, fitness, and nutrition, while teaching
safety & fundamentals to increase athletic performance.
Description: "Kids First"
adult experienced staff offers soccer while teaching soccer safety
and fundamentals. This program is an ideal introduction to the sport
of soccer, includes our #1 Safety Program offering hands-on visual
soccer safety instruction to participants. A soccer safety check
list approach on proper body position of feet, knees, arms, neck,
and head to solidify best body positioning on a soccer field. Also
includes, #2 Fundamentals: fundamental soccer advantage methods
and techniques per position, purpose factors, body balance, first
step directional movements, headers, goalie positioning, ball handling,
soccer awareness, and sportsmanship.

tennis awareness and sportsmanship, concluding with a competitive

giving a player a competitive edge.
