Kids First: Spring break T-ball

T-ball Camp excitement is Here!! In-depth player development! An instructional 3 day T-ball camp will focus on safety, fundamentals, and skills. Boys and Girls will be divided up and separated by age within this camp. Quality instructors will coach T-ball advantage methods and techniques per position, purpose factors, body balance, baseball throwing, fielding, first step directional movements, T-ball placement hitting, bunting, pitching, base running, and sportsmanship. Further, Coaches will teach players a series of speed techniques and drills giving a player a competitive edge.

Kids First: Bowling Summer Camp

Strike-Wow it's Fun!! Have a Ball with learning how to position yourself to excel at bowling. Quality experienced coaches teach bowling drills to develop skills and introduce safety through fundamentals. This challenging 4 day camp for ages 5-14 will focus on bowling techniques: including throwing strikes/spares, bowling management, body balance, follow through, spin, ball location, lane symbols, various speeds, scoring, practice tips, and sportsmanship. An exciting, competitive bowling match will conclude the program.

Kid First : Summer Cheerleading Camp

Be a Cheerleader!! If your child dreams of being on the cheerleading squad then this camp is perfect. Experienced Coaches will focus on the sport by teaching cheerleading skills that our FUN, safe and fundamental.

Camp offers: cheerleading set to music, enhancing cheerleading techniques, body balance movements, timing, rhythm, pompom bebop dance, jumps, stunts, cheers, rah-rah awareness and sportsmanship. Last day of camp features a competitive cheer challenge contest.

"Kids First" adult experienced staff headed by Kristin Overbeek cheerleading coach Addison Trial HS, & Jeaneen Winbush, head cheerleading coach Proviso West HS, along with several high school & college cheerleaders makes up a truly dynamic coaching team. "Kids First" endorsed by TCYFL of Illinois and Northern Indiana Pop Warner, #1 for safety, fundamentals, & Skills; offering hands-on visual instruction to participants; unlike any other camp.

Kid First : Summer Football Camp

Touchdown!! Experienced Coaches plan strategic and FUN preparation drills and games, (6-14 year olds) Guaranteed to increase SKILLS & SAFETY through Fundamentals- This instructional 4 Day Camp (Parents have called mandatory)!

Camp offers: skill positions training, techniques on speed & quickness per position, offensive & defensive purpose factors, body balance, first step directional movements, blocking, tackling, football awareness and sportsmanship; Concluding with a Flag Football game on Thursday. This program has been recommended by parents as an incredible preparation for contact football, giving a player a competitive edge.
