Kids First Sports- League Programs
Kids First selected 12 sports and formed Kids First League Programs based on Sport specific Fundamentals & Safety with Hands-on visual instruction.
Players learn fundamental advantage methods and techniques per position, purpose factors, body balance, and first step directional movements.
Speed training techniques and drills, plus Fitness aerobic and anaerobic exercises are part of each sports league of instruction.
Kids First Fundamentals & Safety, with Speed and Fitness creates a player training platform for Kids First Skills.
(8 program skill levels of instruction per sport) 1>2>3>4>5>6>7>8
Grade School, High School, College, Pro Ready!!
Park Districts will select number of weeks for the Sports- League Programs six weeks are recommended. The first approximate 30 minutes are devoted to fundamentals, Safety, Speed, and fitness. The approximate 45 minutes remaining are dedicated to game activity with a championship game & skills competition on the last day of the program.
