Description:
"Kids First" adult experienced staff headed by
Morgan Singel, offers flag football while teaching football
safety and fundamentals. Flag football is an ideal introduction
to the sport of football, includes our
#1 Safety Program endorsed by TCYFL of Illinois and
Northern Indiana Pop Warner offering hands-on visual football
safety instruction to participants. A football safety check
list approach on proper body position of feet, knees, arms,
neck, and head to solidify best body positioning on a football
field. Also includes,
#2 Fundamentals: fundamental football advantage methods
and techniques per position, purpose factors, body balance,
splits, first step directional movements, blocking, tackling,
football awareness, and sportsmanship.
#3 Fitness: Players will gain a greater understanding
of health, fitness, and nutrition, for developing a stronger
body giving a player a competitive edge.
