Description:
"Kids First" adult experienced staff offers floor
hockey while teaching floor hockey safety and fundamentals.
This program is an ideal introduction to the sport of floor
hockey, includes our:
#1 Safety Program offering hands-on visual floor hockey
safety instruction to participants. A floor hockey safety
check list approach on proper body position of feet, knees,
arms, neck, and head to solidify best body positioning on
a playing surface. Also includes,
#2 Fundamentals: fundamental floor hockey advantage
methods and techniques per position, purpose factors, body
balance, first step directional movements, player positions,
practice techniques, stick handling, shooting, understanding
goalkeepers, floor hockey puck/ball movements, game awareness,
and sportsmanship.
#3 Fitness: Players will gain a greater understanding
of health, fitness, and nutrition, for developing a stronger
body giving a player a competitive edge.
