Description:
"Kids First" adult experienced staff offers field
hockey while teaching field hockey safety and fundamentals.
This program is an ideal introduction to the sport of field
hockey, includes our:
#1 Safety Program offering hands-on visual field hockey
safety instruction to participants. A field hockey safety
check list approach on proper body position of feet, knees,
arms, neck, and head to solidify best body positioning on
the playing surface. Also includes,
#2 Fundamentals: fundamental field hockey advantage
methods and techniques per position, purpose factors, body
balance, first step directional movements, practice techniques,
stick handling, shooting, understanding goalkeepers, field
hockey ball, and game awareness, and sportsmanship.
#3 Fitness: Players will gain a greater understanding
of health, fitness, and nutrition, for developing a stronger
body giving a player a competitive edge.
