First Sports- Core Sports Camp & Program Set
Kids First has selected 28 sports and formed Kids First camps and programs based on sport specific Fundamentals & Safety with hands-on visual instruction.
Players learn fundamental advantage methods and techniques per position, purpose factors, body balance, and first step directional movements.
Speed training techniques and drills, plus Fitness aerobic and anaerobic exercises are part of each Kids First Sports Camp & Program of instruction.
Kids First Fundamentals & Safety, with Speed and Fitness creates a player training platform for Kids First Skills.

Grade School, High School, College, Pro Ready!!
Park Districts will select number of weeks for the sports camps and programs with 6 weeks recommended. Kids First instructor will break down the program & camp using approximately 50% of the time devoted to fundamentals, Safety, Speed, and fitness; 50% dedicated to game activity with a championship game & skills competition on the last day of the camp & program.
