Description:
"Kids First" adult experienced staff offers
bowling while teaching bowling safety and fundamentals.
Bowling safety and fundamentals is an ideal introduction
to the sport of bowling. This program includes our
#1 Safety Program offering hands-on visual bowling
safety instruction to participants. Also, bowling participants
will receive a bowling safety check list approach on
proper body position of feet, knees, arms, neck, and
head to solidify best body positioning while bowling.
Also includes,
#2 Fundamentals: fundamental bowling advantage
methods and techniques, bowling management, body balance
& safety tips, follow through the ball, straight
ball, spin ball, location of ball, lane symbols, strike
ball, spare ball, various speeds, scoring, bowling practice
tips, and sportsmanship.
#3 Fitness: Players will gain a greater understanding
of health, fitness, and nutrition, for developing a
stronger body giving a player a competitive edge.
