Description:
"Kids First" adult experienced staff headed by
Morgan Singel, offers instructional basketball while teaching
basketball safety and fundamentals. Instructional basketball
is an ideal introduction to the sport of basketball, includes
our
#1 Safety Program offering hands-on visual basketball
safety instruction to participants. A basketball safety check
list approach on proper body position of feet, knees, arms,
neck, and head to solidify best body positioning on a basketball
field. Also includes,
#2 Fundamentals: fundamental basketball advantage
methods and techniques per position, purpose factors, body
balance, basketball passing, first step directional movements,
shooting, free throws, running lanes, basketball dribbling,
spacing, and sportsmanship.
#3 Fitness: Players will gain a greater understanding
of health, fitness, and nutrition, for developing a stronger
body giving a player a competitive edge.
