Kids First: Summer Soccer Camp Goal!! Feel the excitement of scoring a goal! Soccer Games Every Day. Kids will have plenty of fun with Kids First experienced coaches teaching soccer game making this camp ideal for beginners to advanced players 5-14 year olds. In addition, kids will enjoy being
competitively challenged to increase soccer SKILLS & SAFETY through Fundamentals.
This instructional 5 session camp also includes: first step directional movements, ball handling, headers,
goalie positioning, and sportsmanship, concluding with a championship soccer game. This new instructional 5 session floor hockey camp is a great time for kids!! Excellent Coaches will focus on teaching strategic floor hockey preparation training through Drills, and Games; developing Skills, Safety through Fundamentals. Beginners and advanced players will be challenged to learn floor hockey techniques, player position purpose factors, body balance, first step directional movements, practice techniques, stick handling, shooting, puck/ball movements, understanding goal keepers, game awareness, and sportsmanship. A competitive floor hockey game will conclude the camp.

Kids First: Summer Golf Camp
Experienced coaches teach valuable golf instruction on the following: Hand grips, feet position,
body balance, head-eye-shoulder positioning, putting, and chipping, short irons, long irons, T-shots, woods, and golf etiquette.
A championship golf skills challenge will conclude the camp.

This new instructional and custom 5 day camp teaches and positions athletes to recognize speed, quickness, and agility gives them a competitive advantage. will focus on the sport by teaching cheerleading skills that our FUN, safe and fundamental.This Camp will prepare athletes for a variety of sports. Body Balance Techniques- combining proven speed drills, quickness drills, and agility drills. Athletes will be challenged within this camp to lower their center of balance producing a quicker, more powerful player for the sport of their choice. This is accomplished by teaching simple Kids First visuals giving athletes a more fluid instant recall during games. The outcome is a focused more balanced athlete with a mental and physical understanding of speed, quickness and agility.
